Artificial intelligence (AI) represents a major technological revolution, transforming various sectors, including law. In the context of Congolese digital criminal law, the integration of AI raises complex legal issues. The objective of this research is to determine the legal issues of artificial intelligence in Congolese digital criminal law. To achieve this objective, we used sociological and exegetical methods accompanied by legal analysis and interview techniques. The main results indicate that digital criminal law is still struggling to be effective in the DR Congo, which does not guarantee an effective, equitable legal framework capable of protecting Congolese citizens while promoting innovation and technological development.
